Welcome to TutorHelpMe. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

TutorHelpMe provides online tutoring services, including but not limited to English language courses, test preparation, and academic support. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

2. User Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental or guardian consent if under 18. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

1. Fees are payable 4 weeks in advance via Direct Debit for all study packages.
2. If a class is missed by the student, NO REFUNDis made, and NO replacement class is offered if Tutorhelpme is not informed WITHIN 24 hours of the lesson. 
3. If a class is missed by the students, NO REFUND is made BUT a replacement class is offered, but this has to be taken within the Month if Tutorhelpme is informed BEFORE 24 hours of the lesson.
4. The Tutor will wait up to 15 minutes MAXIMUM FOR THE STUDENT. After this time, the lesson will be cancelled but you will still be charged for the whole lesson.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

1. If a class is missed by the student, NO REFUNDis made, and NO replacement class is offered if Tutorhelpme is not informed WITHIN 24 hours of the lesson. 
2. If a class is missed by the students, NO REFUND is made BUT a replacement class is offered, but this has to be taken within the Month if Tutorhelpme is informed BEFORE 24 hours of the lesson.

6. Code of Conduct

Users are expected to behave respectfully towards tutors and other users. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the property of TutorHelpMe or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

TutorHelpMe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific results from our tutoring services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
